We understand that sometimes life will be presented with challenges and in some circumstances you will be mentally vulnerable. You may feel angry, stressed, depressed, lonely throughout your journey of life, where our psychologist will always be there to assist and comfort you.

Our psychologists will

  • Break down the situation and try to see where help can be needed
  • Implement strategies like behaviour therapy or mindfulness to improve mental health
  • Work with you to improve your confidence and self- esteem, ultimately aiming to make you believe and be content with yourself.
  • Foster positive relationships between family and friends in order for you to happily engage with other people.

We also work with family of the disabled individual to teach strategies on how to help and manage the patient’s behaviours. We also are there to provide any emotional support to the family who may be experiencing hard times or vulnerable mental health.
